The Danish Working Environment Authority's Order No. 117 of February 5, 2013 deals with the obligations of the developer.

A1 Mandskab ApS offers the role of ” Construction Site Manager ” where among others The following tasks are performed:

  • Develop building site budget and manage economy for the construction site
  • Review suppliers' offers, especially for AB92, ABT93, QHSE and assembly
  • Plan, establish, operate, maintain and settle the construction site, including infrastructure and logistics according to the requirements of the municipality and fire department, as well as considerations of progress and economy:
    • Report the construction site to the Labor Inspectorate
    • Secure area for crew and office containers
    • Secure Area of ​​Workspaces
    • Secure area for storage areas
    • Secure land / road for transport
    • Secure prefabrication area
    • Secure area for assembly
    • Ensure the creation of main boards and mains for: building site flow, water and sewage
  • Control the construction site and the progress of construction
  • Manage schedules for assembly, and coordinate between individual entrepreneurs
  • Involve, revise and adhere to schedules (both master plan and individual subprojects)
  • Conduct building, timetable, coordination meeting with contractors and coordinating meeting with building board management
  • Submit daily building site record of events and decisions taken at the site of construction, which will be submitted as a report at the beginning of each week / month, in agreement with the developer. Construction site record contains 3 modules:
    • QHSE, Deviation and Journal:
      • Detection of deviations in relation to Q, HS and E in relation to regulatory requirements, developer requirements and standards requirements

      • Calculation of LTIF (Lost Time Incident Frequency) per. company and construction site as a whole
    • Registration:
      • Registration of companies / employees at the construction site
